1. Introduction

Uncharted by Us is a pre-launch travel app and waitlist platform. By joining the waitlist or otherwise interacting with our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Waitlist & Early Access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the product or any specific launch date. Availability, timing, and features may change as the product evolves.

3. Referral Rewards

We may offer rewards to early supporters and referrers, subject to the following:

• The first 100 users may receive lifetime Premium access.
• Users who successfully refer 5 real users may receive 3 months of Premium free.
• Rewards are subject to verification.
• Fake, duplicate, automated, or fraudulent signups do not count.

4. Lifetime Premium Disclaimer

Lifetime Premium refers to the lifetime of the Uncharted by Us product and may be subject to reasonable usage limitations and future product changes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, itineraries, and materials made available through our services belong to Uncharted by Us and may not be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms in the future. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
